no el limite in '09
We were pretty disappointed to discover that our biggest bike race of the year, El Limite, has been cancelled. Well, not really cancelled, but transformed into a road race instead!
Rather than running a mountain bike race next year, they organisers have opted to have a weekend celebration of road cycling, running El Límite Road and the Cicloturista al Veleta on the weekend of the 4/5th July. You can read more about it (in Spanish) here.
Not being road cyclists ourselves we're won't be running a holiday around these events, however, should you have any questions about it then drop us a line and we'll try to help you out.
There is rumour of an alternative mountain biking event in the pipeline. As soon as we know more, we'll psot details on here.
