It's Tough Being Adventurous
Wow, this has been a seriously pants week. Make no mistake, this changing your life thing is hard work!
It's said that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. Stick that in with jettisoning most of your belongings, getting the rest down to 7 cubic meters, moving it all to the other end of the continent, then leaving your job: it all gets a touch much sometimes.
I'd love to say it's all good fun, but right now it's not. Every chore that gets scored off the list is replaced with another 5. That might be cos the mortgage company didn't give the answer you were expecting, or that something that didn't occur to you a week ago is suddenly the most important thing you can think of. Or that the DNS settings on your new website didn't seem to work. Sigh....
It's tough being adventurous y'know.
